PAYMENT PLAN
Key Benefit of Payment Plan
The Payment Plan is designed to enable Studio visualizers to build a career as an ecard designer and create an additional source of regular earnings by creating and sharing their ecards through 123Greetings.com.
Eligibility Criteria for Participation
- Visualizer must be at least 18 years of age
- Visualizer MUST be the owner of the card and have all relevant rights therein which includes all content, music and images
- The card must be suitable for the general mainstream audience i.e. no adult, erotic, violent and spiteful content will be allowed
- Any detection of fraudulent activity to increase card send count will cause all payments to become null & void with a result of automatic termination from this program. However, all promotions including social media shares are encouraged
Eligibility Criteria for Payment
- For continued participation in the Payment Plan, visualizer has to publish (live card) at least 1 card per month in any category as per his/her choice. Visualizer can also repeat the category next month this denotes previous month’s category can be same as next month’s category. For example, if visualizer submits a birthday card in May then he/she can again submit another birthday card in June.
- If a Visualizer has not uploaded any cards for a continuous period of 90 days, Visualizer will be deemed to be an inactive Visualizer and all his previous uploaded cards will get disqualified for getting any future payments. To remain continued in the Payment Plan, the Visualizer must continue to submit minimum 1 upload each month in any category. When Visualizer starts re-uploading the cards fulfilling the eligibility criteria, only fresh uploaded cards will qualify in the payment plan.
- All cards submitted will be valid for 5 years from the date of making the card live after Signup for the purpose of calculating card sends from US and Canada and Rest of the World and making payments.
- Unique card sends from cards published prior to the opting-in of the Payment Plan, will not be eligible under the Payment Plan.
- 123Greetings reserves the right to delete a card at anytime at its discretion. An email notification will be sent to the visualizer upon such deletion with or without an explanation on the reason behind the deletion.
- In case any fraudulent activity or copyright violation is detected or brought to the notice 123Greetings management, the 123Greetings Studio will act based on the Payment Plan agreement.
Payment
- Payment plan is calculated @$10 for every 1,000 card sends by Unique Senders from North America (US and Canada) and @$5 for every 1,000 card sends from other countries (Rest of the World).
- If any card is modified during the period of 5 YEARS, the date of first upload shall be applicable
- Signing in with multi login/ID will be treated as violation of the Payment Plan and will result in deactivation of the accounts as well as removal from the Program.
- 123Greetings Studio can discontinue/ amend the Payment Plan any time at its discretion without notice after fulfilling existing commitments.
Definitions
The following are some but not all of the definitions of terms used herein:
- "Unique Card Sent(s)" and "Unique Card Send(s)": means One card sent per unique sender (cards sends to multiple recipients by one particular sender will be termed as one unique card sent only)
- "US": means United States of America
- "CA": means Canada
- "ROW": means Rest of the World. The card sends for ROW are calculated as {(All sends)-(sends from North America)}.
- "Uploads" means any Unique Card that the visualizer has willingly submitted to 123Greetings Studio.
- "Live" or “Published” would mean any Unique Card uploaded by visualizer and approved by 123Greetings Studio and can be seen online at 123Greetings.com site.
- Account Deactivate: If an visualizer chooses to deactivate his/her account. He/she can do so by post logging into their account, under “My Profile”, “Deactivate your Account”
Payment Release Process
- Payment will be released post auditing of the statistics by 30th of the next month subject to updating the profile and submitting all relevant identity / tax documents
- The visualizer will be paid on monthly basis, provided their cumulative earning is >=$100 in any particular month. Cumulative earning less than $100 will not be processed for payment and remain on hold till it reaches $100
- Monthly Payment will be processed only when the visualizer has fully completed all formalities including sending a signed written agreement along with a valid documents
- Monthly Payment will be processed only when the card sends under the Payment Plan are free from any violations of the terms of use, copyright policy and content policy of 123Greetings.com, and the terms and conditions contained within this agreement
- For the purpose of calculation of card sends for Payment Plan, the calendar month shall start from the 1st day every month and end on the last day of the month, unless the visualizer has joined from middle of the month
- Payments are exclusive and non-transferable.
- For U.S. residents: those who earn $600 or more will have to fill out a W-9 form. 123Greetings will provide the 1099 form for the IRS at the end of the year. 123Greetings does not withhold taxes. You are solely responsible for making quarterly tax payments as necessary.
- For non-U.S. residents: If you are international, non-US-based you are solely responsible for reporting your earnings to the appropriate tax agencies. visualizers will be required to furnish all relevant information on their “Profile” section prior to payment.
